Growing up, Mel was repeatedly told that she was "book smart" and not "artsy".  She often wished she had gotten the skills that her younger sister seemed to possess naturally.  Then one day, what had begun as the hobby of a stay-at-home mother, grew into something bigger than expected!  Mel still takes care of her home and homeschools her children, but don't let that fool you, her love for crafting will make whatever item or event you choose feel like it was the only thing in the world that matters.
